This project was not for the faint hearted. it was a 100 year old house which I planned to bring back to life. I have used Proctor Builders twice in the last 2 years and cannot recommend them highly enough. My first project was an extensive home renovation and I chose Proctors because they were a local well-known family business with a great reputation. I wasn't sure what I wanted, had no practical experience, in other words, I was clueless. Ken and Dan guided me through the whole process, explained things in simple terms and were always available if I had questions. Building projects can be very stressful but I was able to walk out the door in the morning and leave them to it without any hesitation. Their team of builders were always friendly and respectful and always kept the site safe for my small kids and pets. At the end of every day the site was cleaned so well it was often cleaner than when I left in the morning! I was so impressed with the Proctor team I contracted them straight after that to do a major renovation and fit out of my business- New Look Eyewear Optometry practice in Maitland. This project had to be done in a dodgy old building, to a high standard in a very short amount of time. They didn't let me down again.
